My name is Anastasiia Mladinska, I am a mental health coach, growth & resilience coach, gestalt-therapist and founder of Antistress Academia. In my work, I combine scientific approaches, practical tools, and personal experience to help you experience more ease, confidence, and energy in life.
One of my hobbies is hiking in the mountains. There is a golden rule of safety in the mountains: if you realize you’ve gone the wrong way, stop as soon as possible. Then turn around and go back to where you were last on the right path. The longer a person is on the wrong path, the lower their chances of getting out. Chronic stress, fatigue, and insecurity are all manifestations of being on the wrong path. So if you just keep doing the same thing you’ve been doing before, these problems won’t fix themselves.
