Coaching vs psychotherapy
Psychotherapy focuses more on working through your past, your childhood and your relationship with your parents when you were a child.
Psychotherapy works best with “minus conditions” and can help people with severe and chronic mental disorders.
Coaching focuses on the present and the desired future. Of course, we can explore your past experiences, including traumatic ones, but in relation to how they affect the present and future goals.
The coaching I offer is more focused on the “who” (the person you are and who you aspire to be) and the “how” (how to make lasting changes, reduce stress, and unlock your potential).
Coaching combines practical strategies with deep exploration of your personality and uniqueness, guiding you to flourish, not just survive.

Classic coaching according to ICF standards vs soft coaching
International Coaching Federation (ICF) – is a professional international organization of coaches that offers the highest standards of equal cooperation between coach and client.
Classic coaching is suitable for people with a well-established personality and a responsible attitude towards life, as well as those who seek to develop the qualities of personal responsibility, awareness, determination, and appropriate their own strength.
In classic coaching, the client and coach are as equal as possible, working as partners.
Soft coaching is a mix of classic coaching with elements of consulting that I have created exclusively for some of my clients.
This is a collaboration option where the client can get more space to dwell on emotions and insights instead of focusing on specific actions, results, and internal changes.
Soft coaching can also involve more support, exercises and explanations on my part.
At the first meeting, we will decide which format suits you best.
