Resilience is not built by reading advice from others. It is built by practicing it.
You can read dozens of books about stress, focus, productivity, or emotional intelligence.
You can know in theory how to respond to certain life challenges.
But in moments of great pressure, stress, or fatigue, we don’t rise to the level of our expectations, but fall to the level of our skills.
Imagine that you are running away from a bear and you need to jump over a fence. When you are standing in front of the fence, it is too late to start practicing pull-ups and jumping skills.
The same goes for resilience skills.
Knowing what to do in a pressure situation is not enough. You need skills that can only be developed through practice.
Individual resilience skills training is like a gym, just for your brain. During classes, we systematically train those abilities that help you recover faster, better regulate your condition, and remain effective even when life gets more difficult.

Who is this format for?
These classes are for people who want to not only understand, but also be able to.
You may have already read books, listened to podcasts, or taken courses.
You know that you should pay attention to your breathing, sleep, body, or concentration. You’ve heard that success in life is determined by discipline, regularity, and right strategies.
Individual training helps you bridge the gap between “knowing” and “doing and seeing results.”
What skills do we train?
Each class is built around a specific skill that helps you cope with stress, uncertainty, and high demands more easily.
We don’t just do exercises. We train the ability to use them in real life — during work, important conversations, conflicts, deadlines, or periods of change.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of skills we can work on:
1. Quickly return to normal after stress
Stress cannot be completely avoided. But you can reduce the time it takes for your body to recover from a difficult meeting, conflict, overload, or bad news.
We train skills that help you not to get “stuck” in a stress response longer than necessary.
2. Notice overload before your body starts to protest
Many people realize they are overtired only when they can no longer work, sleep, or concentrate properly. In this state, the efficiency of effort decreases from 2 to about 10 times.
The goal of training is to learn to notice the signals of your own nervous system earlier and respond to them before they turn into exhaustion.
3. Maintain clarity and flexibility of thinking under pressure
When the stakes are high, the brain easily goes into a mode of hasty or formulaic decisions.
We train the ability to slow down just enough to think clearly, see more options, and make decisions not only under the influence of emotions or automatic reactions.
4. Respond to problems, challenges, and uncertainty more calmly and without negativity
Uncertainty is a problem only because our brain automatically interprets it that way: showing only the worst-case scenarios, obsessing over what could go wrong, or postponing decisions in anticipation of complete clarity.
We train skills that help us remain psychologically flexible even when not everything can be controlled. This allows us to spend less energy on worrying, adapt faster to new circumstances, and direct our attention to what really depends on you.
5. Better manage your attention and motivation
In the modern world, attention has become one of the most valuable resources. We train the ability to stay focused longer, manage procrastination and resistance, return to important tasks faster after distractions, and consciously switch between work and rest.
6. Regulate emotions and their impact on decisions and behavior
Emotions are information, not a problem that needs to be turned off. We learn to notice our reactions earlier, understand their content, and respond to difficult situations more consciously, rather than impulsively.
7. Recover as consciously as we work
Many people know how to work productively. Much fewer people know how to recover qualitatively.
We train skills that help the nervous system switch from a mode of constant mobilization to a mode of recovery so that energy does not accumulate only until the next vacation.
8. Feel more confident in complex communications
An important conversation with a manager. Negotiations with a client. Conflict with a loved one. Protecting your own boundaries. Public speaking.
In such situations, confidence depends not only on the right words, but also on the state of your nervous system and emotional control.
We train skills that help you stay composed during communication, better manage your emotions, speak clearly and calmly, defend your position without aggression, and engage in dialogue even when emotions are strong.
9. Form sustainable habits, not relying on motivation
Resilience is not manifested in individual heroic acts, but in the fact that you do for yourself regularly. Sleep habits, nutrition, sports, bad habits – all this can be adjusted thanks to scientific approaches and regular small steps.
Therefore, we gradually integrate practices into your daily life so that they become a natural part of your routine, and not another item on the to-do list.
How the training class goes
Most of the time is spent on practice. We do not follow a template and do not train everything in a row. I create an individual program for you to strengthen the skills that you need right now.
We perform exercises, analyze your feelings, gradually complicate the tasks and adapt them to the situations you encounter in everyday life.
I explain not only what we do, but also why it works and how to transfer these skills to real life situations.
Why an individual format is more effective
Resilience does not develop according to a universal scenario.
Someone needs to learn to recover faster.
Some people find it better to notice the signals of overload.
Some people find it easier to work with concentration or emotional regulation.
Individual lessons take into account your wishes, goals, and pace. If you are tired, I adapt the tasks so that you still work out, but with minimal energy expenditure. If you are not in the mood, we change the approach, but we do it anyway.
In this way, we gradually create a system of skills that work not only on good days, but also when challenges exceed your resources. For this, we need skills – for moments when willpower and energy are exhausted, but life does not stop because of this.
Cost and format
Individual lessons are held online, in video format.
Cost (until 01.10.2026, while I am testing this format in practice):
Individual skills training 60 minutes – 30 euros
Individual skills training 30 minutes – 15 euros
Recommended frequency – 2 times a week, once a week, once every two weeks.
How this format combines with other services
Practical sessions can be a separate format.
Or they can complement consultations or coaching.
During consultations and coaching, we seek understanding, new strategies and solutions.
During practical sessions, we consolidate these changes through regular training.
Next step
We regularly train muscles if we want to be stronger.
You can also train skills that help you better adapt to changes, recover from stress and maintain internal resilience.
Resilience is not an innate talent, but a consequence of conscious life practice.
If you want not only to know, but also to be able to, I invite you to individual training in resilience skills.
The best way is to start with the Stress and Resilience Diagnostics, which will help determine the most effective skills for training. If you already have an understanding of what you want, come immediately to a trial class, where we will discuss your current state and goals.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience in meditation or mindfulness?
No. All practices are adapted to your level of preparation. If meditation is useful for you, we will select and try together options that suit your brain and the goals you want to achieve.
Is this similar to yoga?
No. We can use some physical or breathing practices, but this is in no way a yoga class or a spiritual practice. The focus is on developing resilience skills based on current knowledge about psychology, physiology, and the nervous system.
Do I need to do exercises or otherwise practice between sessions?
Preferably. This determines how long it will take you to feel the results.
Regularity helps to form new habits and make skills accessible in everyday life. And also to adjust the details if a certain element of the skill does not fit your realities.
Between sessions, you will receive simple individually selected practices for independent training. However, you decide whether to do them.
How many sessions are needed?
It depends on your goals.
Some come to 3-4 sessions to master a few specific techniques.
Others practice regularly (twice a week, once a week, once every two weeks), considering these trainings as an investment in their own psychological resilience.
Is it true that it takes 21 days to develop a skill?
This is a myth. A more realistic timeframe is 2 months, but these are still very approximate figures. It all depends on the specific person and the specific skill.
Is it possible to train several skills at the same time?
Yes. Often we combine 2-3 skills together. In fact, from a brain perspective, this can be even more effective than training one.
